What We're Looking For
If youre ambitious, outstanding and have an eye for numbers, with an achieved or expected minimum 2:1 university degree in any subject (and at least 300 UCAS points from 3 Alevels or equivalent), with a willingness to go that extra mile to deliver great customer service then youll be suitable for the programme. Youll need to be able to adapt to our ever changing environment, whilst juggling study and exams as you quickly progress to be a fully qualified CIMA Management Accountant (fully funded and supported of course!).
What can you expect?
Successful applicants will join a three year rotational programme, in which youll spend time working in a number of line roles across various finance teams such as Retail/Distribution, Tour Operations, Reporting and Airline. Here youll gain a good foundation in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting and analysis, ready for you to build upon as you progress your career at TUI.
Support Network
From day one you'll have a Finance Controller as a mentor, as well as a buddy who can help you settle into your new role. With your line manager, you'll identify career objectives and specific areas for personal development. Both your mentor and buddy will be able to help you to develop your knowledge, guide you on which career paths to take and encourage you to assess your progress.
