Denholm’s client are an expanding family owned business, that are at a really exciting stage in their growth. They supply specialist materials as well as build services to the construction and house building industry with products that are unique in the industry and of a high quality. They are looking to recruit a professional marketing specialist who will relish working in a small team that operate in a very open and collaborative environment and share a culture of integrity and real personal service with all of their customers.

The role will be responsible for planning and developing a marketing strategy, and then delivering this across all of their sales channels. This is key to enabling the business to take the next step in its growth as a huge amount of their business wins and success to date has come through referrals and a fantastic reputation for quality. This role will ensure the brand is well placed in the markets they operate in and will focus on all activity aimed at delivering new enquiries and sales leads to the company and be comfortable reporting to the MD on all ROI on marketing activity.

You will have experience across the marketing mix with campaign management across B2C and B2B channels as the client base and variety of projects they work on is diverse. You will bring expertise within digital marketing including SEO and content, managing all activity on the web and their printed collateral as well as social media, PR and direct marketing. You must be able to provide a strategic direction but also relish working in a small business where a hands on approach is a must for everyone. You will have a creative and flexible approach and be looking for a business that will embrace ideas.
