Reporting to the RM you will be involved in the smooth, efficient, profitable management of the restaurant to agreed operating procedures targets. As a senior member of front of house team you will also be responsible for key aspects of staff performance, quality control, sales, marketing strategies, financial management tasks as delegated by RM.
