This is an Apprenticeship. You are expected to gain technical skills and expertise, as well as developing your personal and business competencies. Upon completion of the scheme, apprentices will be placed into a permanent role appropriate with their skill set and business requirements at the time. You must have or be expecting at least 4 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics. You must be self-motivated, of a responsible manner and be able to demonstrate pride and effort in everything you do. You will need to demonstrate relentless drive, energy and determination to ensure that we are meeting our vision of Taking responsibility for the water environment for good. - Be prepared to attend college to gain a Level 3 Apprenticeship. The employer has given an assurance the apprenticeship is government funded.
