Working for a dynamic organisation who are a very well established Financial company that supply a bespoke finacial service. The company have been acknowledged as one of the best within their Industry and have a excellent reputation.
This is a great opportunity to work within their Finance team as an Administrative assitant in a busy fast paced environment. Liaising with Clients and in house departments on a daily basis noting all client’s requirements and completing invoicing accordingly.
Previous administrative experience is essential

Duties include:
Answering all incoming calls
Liaising with clients with regards to their requirements
Ensuring all paperwork is complete in line with regulations
Building strong relationships with clients
Maintain hard/electronic copies for all paperwork
Handle incoming emails and telephone calls from clients re their expenses and payments, resolving queries wherever possible in line with company SLA’s.
Assist in the compliance with timescales for the return of company’s statutory documents to HMRC and clients .
Produce remittances and payslips for clients in line with the company’s SLA’s.
The suitable candidate will be a switched on individual who is good with figures and a confident communicator.
Computer literate - Intermediate in excel
This role requires candidates to be available immediately
Must have a C or above in Maths and English GCSE.
