Autograph Foodservice is currently recruiting for a Team Leader for one of our units in Swindon. This position will report to the Chef Manager.
As the onsite Team Leader you will be required to work a variety of shifts covering 5 days out of 7, Monday to Friday. The operation is a 24 hour operation; predominately the shifts patterns will be 7.00am – 15.00, Monday to Friday although this may change with the needs of the business. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the unit in the manager’s absence. The role offers 35 Hours a week and availability for an immediate start would be an advantage.

The Successful Candidate will have : Previous Catering experience within a similar environment If you have Chef experience it would be an advantage Supervisory skills Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative. Good verbal communication skills The ability to adapt to change and take on different tasks as and when required
