Northampton based client looking for a Bodyshop Administrator/Customer Service Advisor.
Duties and requirements are as follows:
Admin duties
Daily Banking
Petty Cash
Daily Time + Attendance / Holidays/ Sickness
Cheque requisitions
Branch Filing / Scanning
Month end procedures
Support to Branch Manager / Preparation for staff meetings
CSA Support
Liaise with work providers /clients /policy holders providing assistance with insurance claims and loan car administration

Ability to plan, prioritise and organise
IT skills (Word/Excel/Windows)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal communication skills (telephone technique)
Customer focused/ Customer facing
Ability to work to deadlines
At least 2 years` experience in Administration / Customer Service

Previous accounts experience
Self-motivation
Goal orientated, team player, projects professional image
Sales skills
Previous motor trade or Bodyshop experience
