The Package:
Basic salary 26-34K (depending on experience) plus OTE and company car. Working hours will run from 8.00am until 6.00pm although a flexible approach to these hours is essential.
The Recruitment Role:
We are seeking Recruitment Branch Managers or Senior Recruitment Consultants looking for the next step up, to work the Industrial divisions in our client's offices in the Bristol office.
The Industrial Division mainly deals with industrial temporary staff across a broad range of skills and throughout the industrial marketplace.
They offer a variety of industrial jobs, including warehouse jobs, production jobs, manufacturing work, driving, flt, food operatives, cleaning, picking and packing.
The Person Spec:
This position would suit a strong industrial recruiter with excellent leadership & management skills along with proven business development ability, who feels they have the ability to grow this branch further and develop and manage the team of Recruitment Consultants.
You will be required to develop the business and hit targets as well as directly manage and develop the recruitment team, setting targets for individuals to achieve.
Ensure continued profitability of the branch and promote the brand to existing and new clients.
Win new business and secure major PSL accounts.
