Requirements We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Construction Apprentice and develop their skills with a view to becoming a Site Supervisor in the future.You will be starting with our team on our King's Lynn Academy project in King's Lynn. Responsibilities As a Construction Apprentice, you would work amongst the project team on our projects to understand the trades on the project and assist our supervisory teams. During the two year Apprenticeship you would complete an NVQ and Diploma in either General Construction Operations or Maintenance Operations. After completing the Apprenticeship you may be given the opportunity to join our Advanced Apprenticeship in Construction Site Supervision and develop into site management.

The Individual The successful candidate will have the following: ¢ 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths, English and a Science or Technology subject ¢ Good communication skills ¢ Good team working skills ¢ Have the ambition and motivation to work within the construction industry.
