The Deputy Manager role is responsible for driving Sales and Service throughout the store, ensuring that the team deliver good customer service. You will also need to support and drive your team to deliver results through proactive coaching and development. You need to have experience of managing and motivating a team to deliver results and have a proven track record.

We are interested in individuals who want a career in retail, have strong leadership, communication, planning and organisational skills. You may be a Deputy Manager already, but if not you will have some management experience and will be looking to take the next step in your career.
