A leading manufacturer are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager based in Derby. With the support of a marketing team this role will be responsible for the development and management of a company marketing function with a view of providing effective support to their sales division driving both growth and profitability.
Primary responsibilities will include;
Developing marketing strategy and ongoing management of a marketing function
Budget management
Company and product branding
Producing effective marketing collateral to support sales operations
Improving website and online marketing channels as a route to market
Producing marketing campaigns
Develop effective communications strategy
Who we're looking for
A proven track record of driving growth and profitability through effective marketing
Experience of developing and implementing B2B marketing strategy
Experience of driving positive change in both people and process management
The ability to identify internal and external market and business opportunities
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
