Our Regulatory Affairs team are fundamental to helping us achieve this aim, with a clear focus on delivering the expert regulatory advice that the business needs and the products to ensure that we secure maximum return. To help us drive our brand strategy forward we're looking for an experienced regulatory professional to join the team as a Regulatory Affairs Manager.

The role provides strategic regulatory leadership to the businesses, its Brand & Exclusives and the Toiletry brands within the company, where you will support the brands and products on their entry into new markets as well as the maintenance activities of products in current markets.

We are looking for the successful applicant to have an authoritative command of product registration requirements in all key International markets e.g. USA, EU, Asia, the Gulf markets etc, with extensive experience of working at a senior level in a blue chip cosmetics and toiletries company. You will need a detailed working knowledge of regulations in classifications of product from medicines, biocides, cosmetics to non-regulated products.

In this role you will provide regulatory leadership to a team of experienced Cosmetics Registration professionals to deliver brand, technology and compelling claims into The clients International markets.

You will have leadership qualities and will have operated at a senior level of the business, able to demonstrate a high level of competency in bringing new products to market via the regulated processes in partnership with the brand.

You will build partnerships across the enablers of Product Development, Quality, Legal and Brand to deliver world class health and beauty products in all of our markets with a varying level of regulated environment. Also, underpinning the business with excellence in compliance and partnering with Quality to ensure adequate compliance of the products and the brands, managing any external regulatory audits through the Quality partners.

This role is responsible for supporting a business worth £miillion driven by high value exclusive brands.
