About the role

We do what’s right by our customers. And to make sure everything behind the scenes works just as it should, you’ll join our all-important IT Service and Configuration team. You’ll play a key role, providing the tools and systems we need to make sure we have the best possible IT solutions in place while driving down IT costs. You’ll be involved in anything and everything from the creation and maintenance of system logons to staff permissions and the installation and licensing of all software. You'll enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, helping us to work in smarter, better ways.

As you will be looking after other Admiral sites in the Cardiff/Newport/Swansea area, you’ll need to be flexible when it comes to travelling.

About you

With strong problem solving skills and experience implementing service improvements, you’ll be the perfect person to drive efficiency and improve customer experience. Self-motivated, reliable and determined, you’re able to prioritise and multi-task in a demanding and busy environment while working with great attention to detail. Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal, and you can communicate technical information to non-technical people easily. A strong team player, you’re just as happy working under your own initiative.
