An excellent opportunity has arisen within this highly professional organisation as a Training Compliance Officer.

You will have worked within the loft and cavity wall insulation industry and obviously have an in depth knowledge of it.

The Standard Operation Procedures are:
To train a team of surveyors to be able to carry out effective Sales Surveying practices for the purpose of obtaining quality orders that can be processed through our nominated contractors.

The Training Compliance Officer will alongside the Area Sales Manager, monitor each surveyor and identify areas of improvement needed to help them carry out their duties to a required standard set out by the company.

As a general rule, the Training Compliance Officer will also aid in the retention of revenue potentially lost through our contractors.

Key Role responsibilities
To introduce new starters to the company via the source of classroom training followed up by adequate field training to satisfy a given standard.

Effectively carry out inspections of properties that have been rejected by our contractors and re-instate where possible to ensure the prevention of lost revenue and the retention of capital employed.

Attempt to satisfy all customer complaints and log results in DropBox within a given timeline.

Report to Customer Services at Head Office whilst keeping the Area Sales Managers and National Technical Manager in the loop.

Maintain good working relationships with all of our contractors and make contact on a regular basis.

Keep all surveyors/agencies well informed of changes in our industry regarding pricing and technical compliance.

Compile a weekly report for senior management.

Analyze the portal data and act accordingly with the surveyors in question.

Provide accurate information to the Area Sales Manager regarding poor performing surveyors and offer suggestions on how to move forward.

Be available and offer all surveyors and agencies round the clock help and advice including weekends, technical or procedural.

Continual on site visits to all surveyors ongoing.

Certify all company expenses are kept to a minimum including phone and fuel costs.

Carry out random pre-install checks of surveys to ensure quality is maintained.

Perpetuate field staff’s morale and offer support in relation to this.

Monitor and log all movements of NES property i.e boroscopes/clothing etc.

Ensure Human resources are well equipped with all information to ensure smooth processing of new starters documents after classroom training.

Look for and invent new training practices with our ever changing industry.

Encourage surveyors to keep on top of updating the portal and chasing them regarding outstanding results and following up their quotes to maximise sales potential.

Actively look for new business.

Keep in constant contact with other TCO’s within the company to safeguard best practices are advocated, offer help and advice.

Analyze data pots and offer my mitigation to the ASM with in-field knowledge of our surveyors in question.

Offer full support to cover any Call Centre/Gold leads that cannot be covered to ensure a quick turnaround time on hot transcending leads.

Cover all ASM duties in his/her absence.

Keep a full record of all surveyors/canvassers submitting work through NES.

Make note and verify all ASM’s dialler request for surveyors in the region.
