We are looking to attract and develop high potential graduates to become our leaders of the future. The programme is open to ambitious and outstanding graduates who are passionate about making travel experiences special and who are looking for a structured development programme, which will help develop business, technical and management skills whilst giving exposure to key business areas within an industry leading organisation.
The programme will last for 24 months and will include exposure to all key IT teams. You will gain experience in the areas of project management, business analysis, service management, technical support, software development and software testing. The programme will include an important mix of learning and hands on assignments within IT. There will also be an opportunity to spend time with an overseas resort team where you will be able to identify with our customer wants and needs, experiencing first-hand how you fit into the bigger picture of TUI. You will also spend valuable time within one of our key business areas e.g. Airline, Commercial, Finance, Retail/Distribution to provide you with the opportunity to learn even more about TUI UK & Ireland.
At the end of your programme you will be placed into a suitable role where we will ensure that you have the support to help you develop your career within TUI UK & Ireland.
The programme begins with a comprehensive induction programme at our Head Office supported by on-going learning and development workshops, training and support from mentors and buddies. Previous workshops have included: Negotiation Skills, Communicating with Impact, Project Management, Leadership, Finance and Commercial Skills.
We will begin accepting applications for the 2012 TUI UK & Ireland IT Graduate Programme from the 21st January 2012. We will aim to respond to all applications within 6-8 weeks.
As our assessment days will be scheduled between April and June 2012 we recommend that you apply as soon as possible to ensure that your application will be considered for the 2012 intake.

Essential
Minimum of 2:1 university degree in any discipline with at least 300 UCAS points
