Commercial Property Solicitor required by provider of title insurance and settlement services to join its successful Underwriting team.

The role will involve underwriting high net worth commercial legal indemnity risks, and will be making decisions on cases of technical complexity. Networking skills are a must for this role as you will be building strong relationships with solicitors, clients and business units.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate strong detailed knowledge of Scottish commercial and residential property law, proven experience of handling acquisitions and disposals and commercial sites and be well versed with Title insurance.

You will also be commercially aware and have a strong desire to succeed in this challenging position.
