Reflecting our rapid growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Central London in a Research Associate position.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn about the financial services industry and be part of an entrepreneurial environment with exciting upward mobility. The Research Associate works to complete research and consultation requests for clients who are Institutional Investors, Consulting Firms or Corporations.
Requirements
Work with Research Managers on client requests.
Research topics, identify, and recruit appropriate Industry Experts.
Build and maintain relationships with existing advisors.
Qualify by screening and creating bio profiles of prospective industry experts for client review.
Arrange phone consultations and meetings between Network Advisors and clients.
Identify market trends and aim to become subject matter expert in a chosen sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong time management skills; ability to work well under pressure.
1-2 years of relevant work experience in either of the following sectors: Technology, Media & Telecom, Healthcare or Energy & Industrials.
Fluency in English and at least one other language; German, Russian or Nordic languages is highly preferred.
Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage.
Ability and willingness to make cold calls, speak with people at all professional levels, and sell the Network.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the use of the internet for research and alternative forms of sourcing.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and high organizational skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere but also independently.
Desire to learn about the business and to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
