Our Client in Glenrothes requires an Administrator to join their team on a perm basis
The role will require for successful candidate to analyze stock levels & place orders, under supervision, on UK & overseas suppliers. Chase supplier orders. Check customer orders, post to sage, confirm availability and follow through to despatch.
Candidate must be Numerate and Literate to a high standard. The ability to convert currency is vital, as is an understanding of metric length i.e. metres and kilometres
Calculate freight charges and covert to Euros/US$ as required.
Calculate and understand profit margins.
Raise invoices and credit notes.
General Administration such as filling stationary, answering telephone and general office duties.
All candidates should have experience in a similar role
