The Role
Management of all after sales queries
Deal with all after sales queries accurately and efficiently
Issue relevant paperwork to clients/ partners/ associates
Update customers on the progress of each query/ request received
Communicate professionally with sales staff and deliver solutions when issues arise
Provide administration support for our team
Provide cover for reception during holidays and sickness
Promptly and professionally receive all telephone calls and visitors
The Candidate
