BASE £40,000 + COMMISSION + OTE £70K
Our client is a very successful agency that has 8 offices around the world, but has avoided becoming the corporate machine that so many others fall foul of. They still maintain their family feel with a fun and supportive team environment that develops careers and encourages staff to work abroad if they feel the need to see the world. They have been trading for over 30 years and are on the PSL’s for most of the worlds largest Oil and Gas companies. The Directors are in charge of Business development and provide their dedicated delivery teams with fantastic Accounts to manage and develop.
They are now looking for an experienced Subsurface Recruiter in Oil and Gas. The desk is new and specialised but they already have 70 lives roles waiting to be filled so you would be walking into a warm desk that you could develop as you see fit. It would then be down to you to develop and grow these relationships to increase your desk size and eventually build a team around you if the work load requires it.
To join this forward thinking company you will need -
At least 12 months Subsurface experience in Oil & Gas
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven successful billings
A stable and consistent track record
Excellent communication skills
A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
To be confident and dynamic
Time management and organisational skills
