A Sales Manager is required to join a brand new, high profile concept store in Ipswich. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, to effectively manage to company standard the commerciality, merchandising, replenishment and housekeeping across a given floor. Have you got what it takes?

You'll currently be working in a busy, large space retail environment at Store/Assistant Manager level or equivalent and be used to managing supervisors whilst leading and inspiring a large team of people. You'll be highly organised, great at working to deadlines and thrive on working under pressure. You'll have the ability to balance customer service and productivity and develop your team to do the same. You'll be commercial in your approach and have an eye for fashion and visual merchandising with a solid understanding of what 'good looks like'. Sounds like you?
