Reporting into the Finance Director the duties for this position will include management of KPI'S, manage the processing of transactions on the company's ledgers - purchase ledger, sales ledger, nominal ledger and fixed asset ledger.

Management of the cash flow and reporting - Producing accurate management accounts on a monthly basis, and produce accurate job costing reports on a monthly basis - co-ordinate monthly KPIs reporting to the board. Producing weekly KPI reporting and forecasting - cash and profit and loss.

In addition Banking, Payroll, Credit Policy and Compliance (VAT and Intrastat returns/PAYE reporting and annual returns) are duties that supplement this varied position.

Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
Previous knowledge of working in a finance department - essential

Strong communication skills - essential

Good excel knowledge - the ability to do macros, pivot tables and v-look ups - essential
