Candidate Profile
- Experienced in digital product management or product development, with at least 5-7 yrs in web and/or mobile. Exposure to retail is a plus, but either way you're passionate about the positive impact technology can have on the way people shop.
- Qualifications in technology and/or business and marketing, with postgraduate studies well regarded.

- Oriented around getting things done: creating a vision, articulating this clearly then breaking it down into tasks to bring it to life piece by piece. You're structured in your approach but your natural pragmatism makes sure that you're not only defining but delivering.
- Experienced in Agile development, ideally with a mix of start-up and corporate experience – this team is at the forefront of changing the way Tesco works, but we recognise that bringing the right offerings to market involves a complex mix of people and technology from across the business.
- You are a super communicator and you understand how critical communication is to the success of a product function. You can make complex things easy for diverse audiences; you grasp the detail but understand how to communicate at multiple levels.
