This well-respected National Insurance Broker is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support a commercial book of business.
The Role: Working in conjunction with experienced broking professionals, you will be actively involved in servicing a broad mix of commercial corporate accounts.
Duties include:
Sourcing renewal quotes
Placing cover
Quoting new business
Manual slips
Processing endorsements and cancellations
Assisting clients with enquiries
Developing relationships with underwriters
The successful candidate: Will have previous experience in a Account Handling (Broking) role working in conjunction with Account Managers or Account Executives, Ideally with exposure to both corporate and commercial clients. You will have good general insurance product knowledge. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational & administrative skills. ACII certificates is highly desirable, but not essential.
