The company focuses on providing real estate insurance solutions to organisations such as law firms, insurance brokers, commercial property agents, commercial lenders and commercial investors.
Business Development Executive - Real Estate Insurance
Covering the Home Counties
You role as Business Development Executive will be to seek new business opportunities within the Home Counties area, as well as increase the market share and awareness of the business. You will be responsible for driving growth for the business by identifying and targeting business from existing and new clients.
Participate in developing and delivering Group strategic goals for commercial title insurance
Create and execute selling strategies
Work closely with clients and internal parties to ensure the needs of the clients are met
Develop and execute annual sales business plans and budgets
Develop and maintain a good business relationship with new and existing clients
Provide reports to senior members of the business with regards to progress and targets and analysis of the market
You will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate insurance market and ideally have experience of working within a banking environment. You will have worked within a business development role which has involved talking and negotiating with senior decision makers. It is essential you are able to understand client needs and be able to focus on targets and achieving end results.
