ES4751: Contracts Manager
Location: Dundee
Salary: c28,000 - 33,000

The successful Contracts Manager will preferably be a time-served joiner or similar. Experience of managing fitted furniture is desirable, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage various contracts throughout the UK.
• Site visits.
• Liaising with main contractors.
• Represent the Company at progress and Health and Safety meetings.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress on site.
• Liaising with internal departments to solve queries and problems.
• Ensure that work on site is completed on time and to the correct standards and quality.
• Send relevant paperwork and reports in to the Senior Contracts Manager as and when due and required.
• Programming of work in parallel fashion to production.

Qualifications

• Preferably time-served Joiner or similar.
• CSCS.
• Preferably minimum CITB site Management course.
• Full, clean, valid British driving license.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role or site supervision.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
• Knowledge of building contracts wold be an advantage.

Critical Skills / Competencies

• Ability to communicate successfully with building personnel and sub-contractors.
• Substantial labour only sub-contractor management skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Customer Relations.
• Problem solving.
