My Client is looking for a Oracle Developer to join our growing Development and Consultancy team in the Belfast office. The Developer will join an established team, developing enhancements to various end customer systems.
Skills Needed;
Track record of developing in Oracle and experience up to Oracle 10g or higher in Forms, Reports, PL/SQL programming.
Oracle Application Server 10g/WebLogic 11g Administration.
Must have experience developing in a J2EE environment.
Strong knowledge of Web Server and Browser Technologies, Scripting and Web Services - SOAP, XML, CSS, HTML, Javascript
Strong coding skills using scripting languages and C++ and/or Java is a plus.
Experience with Oracle DW and BI
Experience in Structured Query Builder
Track record in working with clients to estimate work and manage change request
Must have strong communication skills in order to work with client staff and ensure that there is a clear, shared understanding of the end functionality required.
Desirable:
Formal certification would be an advantage.
Oracle Portal 10g.
Additional experience in the following is beneficial: ASP.NET, XML, HTML, AJAX, JQuery, CSS and Flash.
Full analysis of system changes required
Development and unit testing of changes
Support of system and user acceptance.
Automated Testing-Preparation Data quality assurance for functional application processes
Experience extending or personalizing self-service within the OA Framework
Experience of Java in an Oracle environment and XML reporting
You will need to be able to go through Security clearance or ability to achieve BC/CTC level security clearance.
