A Head Chef is required for a corporate Airport Hotel at Heathrow. The incumbent Chef has been loyal to the company for many years and is moving internally within the company for a new challenge.
As you may expect Airport Hotels are very busy properties operating around the clock. The evening service comprises a smart Buffet and we are looking for a Head Chef with imagination and flair in keeping this a high quality and appealing offer every day. The evening buffet represents 80% of food sales and on averages the restaurant seats 100 guests nightly, Breakfast is an early start at 5am
You will manage a team of 10 and have strong financial and operational management experience. You will be an inspirational leader, strong recruiter, trainer ensuring you are able to grow the team and food offer consistently going forward.
We are offering on behalf of our client a salary of £35-£40k for suitable applicants with benefits to be discussed at interview
