About the Role:
As a Campaign Strategy Executive within the Customer Analytics team, you will support the marketing and commercial teams by working with them on the development of new direct campaigns and by maintaining a forward looking direct marketing plan. You will also liaise with internal and external data teams to ensure delivery of customer data for campaigns. You will provide insightful analysis of campaign performance and will help build best practise into every campaign we do. You will also help shape the campaign planning process and customer contact strategies to ensure we live up to our values of 'No one tries harder for customers'.
Who we are looking for:
Strong understanding of direct marketing, preferably from a banking/insurance background
Excellent planning and organising skills
Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working with data and a basic knowledge of database marketing principles
