This is a varied clerical and administrative role within a busy and fast paced office environment working on a reacting and planned maintenance department. Tasks include communicating with customers and sub contractors, and organising and storing paperwork (filing, scanning and e-mailing).The position will also involve some account and database duties and liaising with suppliers. Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel is essential. Previous experience of office/administration work is also essential. Previous use of Sage is desirable. Candidates must have excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Previous applicants need not apply.
