We have a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our Holland and Barrett store based in Ellesmere Port.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Manager to oversee and manage the sales, store team and overall running of the store
Driving and maximizing the sales and profitability of the store to achieve core growth
Ensuring customers leave with the products they need following our expert advice
Responsibility for cash and stock controls
Deal with all Customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner in accordance with Company guidelines
Monitor and review store performance on a regular daily, weekly and monthly basis and communicate this to all associates
Communicate information regarding store targets to the store team using the most appropriate means of communication
Support the manager to develop a committed, enthusiastic and informed store team
Provide on-the-job associate coaching and development
The Individual:
Experience working within retail
Passionate about retail as well as health and well being
You will show incredible customer focus, and be able to put the customer first
Motivation to lead the team to achieve personal and store targets
Excellent communication skills
