Role objectives:
To act as an internal coordinator / facilitator for specific projects to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget every time

Responsibilities:
Delivering the allocated projects on time, on budget, snag free each time, every time.

Be responsible for the P&L for allocated projects including provision of weekly P&L update report.

Ensuring correct & timely set up of all projects, by acting as an internal liaison between departments, including but not limited to:

Account Management team

Design

Commercial

Purchasing

Professional Partner/3rd party engagement

Provision to client of all project reporting requirements throughout the project, as required by each customer.

Leading weekly project meetings & provision of meeting minutes.

Management of & development of successful working relationships with all staff allocated to the project.

Creation & updating of detailed project delivery programs through use of either MS Excel or MS Project software.

Selection of subcontractors & suppliers (in conjunction with Estimating / Purchasing Managers) for project tendering processes.

Responsible for project costs & maximization of profits through subcontractor selection & negotiation.

Positive development of client relationship within Project Delivery / Property team.

Develop close working relationship with Account Managers & other team colleagues to cross sell services.

Acting as ambassador for the business fundamentals at all times.

Other duties:
Encouraging teamwork across the departments working on the project

Communicating with other departments and staff to ensure successful delivery of the project

Working closely with, and maintaining excellent working relationships with team colleagues

Liaising with the Team Members to ensure that schedules are achieved

Ensuring the statutory regulations for: H&S, cleanliness and security in the work place are adhered to

Delivering and fulfilling objectives tasks set by Managers

Undertake other tasks when deemed necessary by Management
