A renowned Insurance Broker with an excellent reputation, have a vacancy for the role of a Team Leader to work from their offices in Lancashire.

You will be dealing with and leading a team who work across a number of dedicated, bespoke schemes for both Commercial and Personal Lines business.

The successful candidate must possess previous experience of leading a team in addition to knowledge of Commerical Insurance. You will have proven experience in managing a team, developing staff and have undertaken team meetings, disciplinaries and appraisals.
