To support this we need to establish their level of functioning and needs taking into account their wishes and goals. Your role will be to support service users with all levels of both mental and physical ability to live a complete and fulfilling life as possible. Assisting them with daily living tasks, shopping, socialising, interaction with others and being part of their community. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
