• Mac/Apple/AdodeLondon, up to 35,000My high profile client is looking to recruit an experienced Production Support Engineer to support users and workstations. This includes maintaining systems, trouble shooting and the implementation of new production environments. Key duties will include technical support for video and print production, resolve technical faults, escalation of faults and devising production and workflow solutions.Key technical skills for the role are Mac OSX, Apple Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Server and Adobe Creative Suite. Also required are knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite, and SAN and subsystem infrastructure hardware and software.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working within a team environment to set timescales. You will also need excellent communication skills and be able to problem solve effectively and prioritise your own workload.
