HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR
13.5 hours per week

£18,625 to £21,798 per annum pro rata
Fixed Term initially (move to permanent if successful)
The Trust has a challenging HR agenda with lots of opportunities for people to get involved in many projects or work areas and to develop their careers.
We are looking for someone who has had at least 2/3 years experience working in Human Resources, who is likely to have achieved or be working towards CIPD membership. Experience in the NHS would be an advantage. This is a generalist position working within a small team, but there would be opportunities to participate in a wide range of management and HR work.
Based at Chelmsford you will need to travel across Essex and, on occasion, the whole Trust region.
