HR, Infrastructure and Change (I&C) manages and delivers the group-wide strategic HR change agenda. One of the key programmes on the agenda through 2012 and 2013 is the Making it Easy programme (MiE). The MiE Programme in HR is a strategic programme designed to overhaul systems and processes to make HR easier to do business with. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the Reward Workstream within the Programme.
As a Business Analyst supporting the Reward workstream in the change programme, you will be involved in the full business analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering through to solution design and implementation. This will included detailed requirements gathering around systems, processes and operating models and documentation of detailed designs and requirements specifications. In addition you may be required to lead/support some live design events or Voice of the Customer workshops. As such you will be able to demonstrate strong facilitation experience as well as good communication and stakeholder management skills in addition to your proven Business Analysis experience.
As a Business Analyst you will have demonstrable business analysis experience spanning requirements gathering/definition; process analysis/documentation; solution/options design; stakeholder engagement; facilitation/syndication skills; and ideally project planning skills and experience too. HR systems knowledge and an understanding of reward processes are not essential, but would be a distinct advantage.
