Tata Steel Europe Organisation Design and Change Centre of Expertise aims to build understanding of change management techniques, organisation design and organisational culture in order that TSE is positioned to deliver its long-term goals .

This is a new role that has been created as part of the recent re-organisation of HR, Learning and Development and will support the Head of Organisation Design and Change with Pan European initiatives. The main responsibilities of the role will consist of but will not be limited to:-
Supporting specific design projects & interventions
Supporting the deployment and delivery of culture change and engagement initiatives
Supporting the building of functional capability
Developing and deploy suitable organisation design measures and controls
Under the guidance of the Head of Organisation Design and Change, the jobholder will support the capability building in the HR function and deployment of expertise through a virtual network to include change agents and HR Business Partners.
In order to be considered, applicants must be educated to degree level and be a highly motivated and passionate self-starter. You will also have experience of the following:-
Analysis and formatting of data
Project administration
Organising and facilitating workgroup sessions
Working on own initiative
Excellent IT skills to including Excel and PowerPoint
Dealing with Managers, including leadership team at all levels
Due to the nature of the role, extensive travel will be required throughout the UK predominantly between the 2 main locations in Scunthorpe and Port Talbot and occasionally to the Netherlands.
