My client, a sustainable consultancy, are looking to grow their marketing team with an Online Marketing specialist. The company have grown by around 30% in the last 18 months and the trend is continuing.

The marketing department have had great success from email marketing and are looking for someone to take responsibility for this area of the company's marketing strategy. From brief, the successful candidate will be expected to put an email marketing campaign together that both engages customers and results in sales.

Duties include:

• Optimising email marketing campaigns so that open rates, click through rates and conversion rates are as high as possible.
• Creating content that both fits in with the company culture and engages customers.
• Some management of the website both in terms of content and the reporting of traffic.
• Some SEO/PPC work.
• Any graphic design experience would be desirable.
