As Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly on a nightly basis.
The Night Manager will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, general reception duties, answering the telephone, running the night audit and ensuring the night porter carries out all relevant duties.
Security of the building is a key aspect of this role and the Night Manager will act as the Fire Officer on duty & must be able to act swiftly should the fire alarms be activated to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
Ideally you’ll have relevant experience in a similar role although we welcome applications from candidates with differing experience who can demonstrate they have the skill set we're seeking. Experience of Opera is an advantage although full training can be given.
