A highly respected national broker now have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Broker to join their team based in Manchester.

As Account Broker you will provide an excellent standard of client service relating to core Insurance products, establishing and developing effective working relationships with Insurers.

Your duties will include identifying improvements in client risk and insurance programme design, negotiating renewal terms and cover extensions and complying with regulatory and other standards in relation to creating accurate policy documents, premium invoicing and debiting.

The successful candidate will be previously experienced in a similar role with good knowledge of the Insurance market. You will be technically strong and preferably be ACII qualified. Effective communication and negotiation skills coupled with a keen eye for detail are key to this role.
