Due to a continued increase in instructions, brought about by comprehensive marketing strategies, my Client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Filex) to join them at their friendly and professional office in the heart of Leeds city centre.
The successful Candidate will be very experienced (circa 5pqe plus) and will be able to run a full caseload of residential property matters, including complex matters, without supervision. In addition, the role requires a confident and outgoing person who is capable of attracting new business to the Firm and maintaining existing client relationships. Experience of using case management is also required.
