Transparent Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work for a well established organisation based in Warrington. There are 5 positions available ONE role will be located in Birchwood and the other on a different site in Warrington. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and e-mails, ensuring the service you provide is aligned with agreed service levels. The main day to day duties are as follows ensure all calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy, go out of your way to surprise customers with outstanding service when they really need your help.

Ensure that prospective customers are fully advised and supported through their decision-making process; Proactively and enthusiastically work towards agreed targets and objectives, Understand department KPI’s and targets to ensure they are consistently met and exceeded. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experiences working within a similar role. ONLY individuals with a background within Financial Services, ie banking, insurance etc will be considered.
