My client, a leading supplier of products to the oil and gas industry, has a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor to join its busy team.
The role is based in Altens.
The role will involve delivering fantastic customer service to the firm’s customers.
This will typically involve dealing with 50 - 80 inbound calls per day.
The Customer Service Advisor will take ownership of customer queries and manage expectations effectively. They will process orders efficiently and agree prices with customers.
The role will also involve occasionally making outbound calls as part of sales promotions.
The successful candidate will have a proven and demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Strong IT skills are necessary. Previous experience of SAP would be an advantage.
The role may suit individuals who have worked in customer service in banking, retail or hospitality and are looking to progress their career within industry.
