Continuum Care & Education Group specialises in providing residential care for young people with challenging behaviour, an escort service nationwide to and from secure establishments such as courts police stations etc., the supervision of contacts between children in care and their families, supporting young adults to live independently and family support services for children and young people within families’ homes.

There are 2 key activities:
1. Working with young people/ young adults 16-25 to support them in semi independent living. This can be in dedicated small projects that have ongoing staff support, or providing outreach to young people in their own accommodation.
2. Supervising or supporting contact between children and their families, or undertaking support work to the families in their own homes, taking young people on activities, school support etc.
