KTP Associate in Finite Element DevelopmentThe company LUSAS is an independent UK engineering software company, which develops and seels the LUSAS finite element software suite for engineering analysis. LUSAS is used by all of the top 20 civil engineering consultancies in the UK and now 70 of new sales of LUSAS are made overseas. The software encompasses civil and structural engineering applications such as bridges, dams and offshore structures aerospace and automotive applications and also has a module for the analysis of advanced composite structures.This KTP is a shared venture with Cardiff University and will be jointly supervised by Professor Paul Lyons of LUSAS and Dr Tony Jefferson of Cardiff.
