The successfulBusiness Analystwill be required to:
- Research external markets and provide business analysis services for and on behalf of the business, providing factual and objective analysis and reports, establishing best practice process and procedures across sectors and industries
- Establish and maintain effective cross functional relationships with key stakeholders to develop viable change solutions that are fit for purpose and which satisfy the definition of customer, both internal and external, requirements
- Facilitate workshops, utilising agreed structures and process re-engineering methodologies
- Provide analysis on cost and benefits to the business for options and solutions, building business cases to support informed business decision making
- Establish, highlight and effectively manage risks and issues related to work undertaken, following the agreed project methodology
- Produce accurate and timely reports to and on behalf of the business within agreed timescales, updating on progress, escalating issues and risks where appropriate
Who we're looking for
The Chosen Business Analyst will have the following:Essential:
- Evidence of working within a customer service environment
- Proven track record of analytical and research
- Robust knowledge of project life cycles, project delivery and planning, methodologies and software
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven record with housing projects
Desirable:
- Exposureto risk and issue management
- Evidence of working with Visio application
