SCOPE:
To work as part of a team assisting in the administrative support for preparation and despatch of orders in line with customer requirements. Specific focus on maintaining accurate stock records via the cycle counting process

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigation and resolution of customer complaints received from Customer Care Team
• Ownership of Cycle Count process
• Maintenance of Packaging Waste Data file
• Booking DHL consignments
• Validation of Aspray Discrepancy and Exception Reports
