Contracts Manager required for excellent opportunity at this well known and established Facilities Management provider in Cardiff!
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our clients busy and growing team. Based in Cardiff, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of several large, multi-site FM contracts within the commercial and retail sectors.
Duties will include:
Performance and KPI management of staff and subcontractors Regular reporting to client team Ensure compliance to contract service level agreement Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies Driving improvement through development of the team Financial and budget management Identifying opportunities for increasing revenue and cost improvement where possible Ensure excellent customer service is offered at all times
IOSH Managing Safely (minimum) Technical / Engineering background, ideally with C&G Qualification In depth knowledge of building services and maintenance contracts Knowledge and experience of FM / Maintenance contracts Excellent communication and client presentation skills
