This firm handles an unusually wide range of commercial matters, including commercial work for charitable organisations and advising high net worth individuals on their business interests, as well as other non-mainstream corporate work. You will be undertaking acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, drafting shareholder and subscription agreements, commercial agreements including service level agreements, agency and distributorship agreements, intellectual property and partnership work.
